Do I need to file 130a? That form wasn’t even there when I first filed it. It’s just so confusing :(

It's been a little while so forgive me if I forgot something. But I believe you are adjusting from a K-1 and married within 90 days, right? If so, then no I-130 (or I-130A to go with it) is needed. All you need are the forms for AOS itself. Here's the guide:

@geowrianthank you so much! Yes, I came on a K1 visa. We are filing for the second time, so I want to make sure nothing changed in the meantime. It’s stressful since we were already denied once, so no room for mistakes :)

also for the medical, they took my envelope when I entered - at the customs. Is there anything else I need to provide there?

@geowrian can you tell me about I 130 part 3 Beneficiary physical address 11b: I am living with my husband in US and 12 a is address where we live together now

But in 11a there is write : if the beneficiary lives outside the US in a home ......

The next question is about part 4 , information about Beneficiary family:

Person 1 :do I need write my husband name again ,we don't have kids and he fill only for me.

Thank you

Then you're fine not to include the I-130 or I-130A. You should still provide a copy of the NOA2 (aka "approval notice") for the I-129F.

If the medical is still within a year then you should be fine.

The link above is still fine, but it's not the guide that I actually intended to post. Whoops~ Here's the right URL: http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1k3aos

Part 3 is only biographic info like ethnicity, race, height, etc. I'm assuming you mean Part 4 #11 & #12.

You can put SAME for 12 if it's the same address as 11.

"Provide the address in the United States where the beneficiary intends to live, if different from Item Numbers 11.a. - 11.h. If the address is the same, type or print "SAME" in Item Number 12.a"

Put the beneficiary's spouses' information there. The beneficiary is the intending immigrant (the petitioner being the USC or LPR spouse).

Great! @geowrian! Thank you so much.

Also, anyone from serbia who submitted an international version of birth certificate instead of Serbian version and the translation?

International one has serbian, French and English terminology so I am wondering if that is fine?

I think you have to translate your Serbian Birt certificate and that have to do some translator with stamp( ovlasceno lice) ,put together Serbian and translate Birt certificate

Why you was denied?

@MakiG well this one is in English already. It’s just called an international birth certificate. It has both Serbian and English and it’s official.

I was denied because of incomplete tax refurn documentation.

I have been interviewing for a job, and if I do get an official offer letter what is the best way  to submit this to them in order to expedite my work permit? How do I send this additional document? Anyone had experience with that?
