I'm US Citizen, my wife currently has 10 year green card after I filed for removal of condition, she received the 10 year card around October 2016. She official arrived to the US June 12, 2014. 

When can she apply for US Citizenship, is it 5 years or 3 years?

 

Note: We filed our I-130 petition CR1.

Her arrival date doesn't apply - only the date she received her original GC. She can apply 3 years from the original GC date minus 90 days.

 

Also - she can file with her I751 pending but it might delay the response on the I751. They are typically being combined right now.

If married (you said you are), you can go by the 3 year rule. The 3 years starts from the date she earned LPR status, which would be at entry into the US for her (6/12/2014). You can file 90 days early. As such, she already meets this requirement.

ROC was already completed, so no need to go through anything regarding the I-751 in this case.

 

That said, that's the earliest you can file. You obviously must still meet the requirements for naturalization (physical presence, continuous residence, good moral character, not on probation, etc.).

as long as Mr.Trump has no future  plan to change the rule for naturalization eligibility 

 H1b ---> EB-1A (I-140) ---> I-485 AOS(Green Card) ---> 5 years --->  US Citizenship N400 application

  • Day 0:  11/16/2017, e-filing N400
  • Day 306:  9/18/2018,  interview day--passed and in line for oath.
  • Day 332: 10/15/2018, Oath Day

Hi i got my green card from marriage in 2013  and then I got removal of condition in May 2015 after that things didn’t work well so we got separated in aug 2015 and divorced approved in jan 2016 

now my 5 years has been done and I’m going to apply US citizenship 

my question is , will it impact on my citizenship as I’m divorced ?
