Hi everyone. Im just wondering if anyone here submitted I-130/I-485 and still waiting for their interview dates.... We submitted our docs last late April, got RFE'd and they received it May.  We live in LA and i think our local field office is San Fernando Valley,CA. Ive been constantly checking the processing times and it says

Field Office Processing Dates for San Fernando Valley CA as of: September 30, 2017
Form Form Name Processing Cases As Of Date:
I-485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status December 21, 2016
N-400 Application for Naturalization January 23, 2017
N-600 Application for Certification of Citizenship January 12, 2017

...how come there is nothing for I-130? ...

i also check CA Service center, but there is nothing for US citizen petitioning for spouse

I-130 Petition for Alien Relative Permanent resident filling for a spouse or child under 21 August 23, 2016
I-130 Petition for Alien Relative U.S. citizen filing for an unmarried son or daughter over 21 February 2, 2016
I-130 Petition for Alien Relative Permanent resident filling for an unmarried son or daughter over 21 May 27, 2015
I-130 Petition for Alien Relative U.S. citizen filing for a married son or daughter over 21 March 20, 2012
I-130 Petition for Alien Relative U.S. citizen filing for a brother or sister May 19, 2011
I-485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status Employment-based adjustment applications April 24, 2015

if SanFernandoValley field office dates are correct, that means i need to wait for 5 more month before they start processing MAY FILERS?? its november now and we are on the 6th month of waiting..hmmm 111-12 month of processing???

i will appreciate any info you can share... TY

The I-130 and I-485 will get adjudicated at the same time (approximately, on the interview day)

They are reporting the dates as of: September 30, 2017 (39 days ago)

So, since today is 8th November, add 39 days to get where they are up to today:

December 21 2016 + 39 days = January 29 2017

You said you filed late April, so I'll assume April 30 is your filing date. The difference between your filing date (April 30) and where they are today (January 29) is almost exactly three months.

Assuming no slow downs, your interview will be about three months from today. You should expect to receive an interview letter about two months from today.

Honestly, there are slower offices elsewhere in California and around the country.

I filed everything from 485 to N400 in that very field office and I gotta say, that they are (with all my forms) way ahead of published times. My N400 is only four month ago. Maybe that gives you a little hope! =)
