Since he was given a form asking for more info then it wasn't a total denial. Did they give him his passport back or did they keep it? Was the form he was given only asking for wedding photos? You need to know exactly what was requested on that form & if you're able to provide it, then it should be possible to get a second interview. I'm not sure why your lawyer left off your daughter's info, that was a mistake. Do you still claim her on your taxes as part of your household? Even if you don't, I think she still should've been listed on the form. They ask for names of our parents even though they are adults & even if they're deceased, so all children should be included as well. I'm sorry your lawyer made that mistake. As far as your first marriage, unfortunately that is very important info according to immigration & your husband should have been fully aware of it & prepped about it for the interview. But like I said, carefully read the form he was given & try to provide what they are requesting as best as you can, since that will be your only chance at a second interview. I wish you all the best!

As stated you need to share exactly what the CO is looking for in the 221g.  Otherwise the file is going back to the USCIS and you will have to wait for your NOIR to be able to move to another embassy interview.

It is unfortunate that your lawyer has advised you so poorly.  Of course both of you are upset but you need to calm down, stop being defensive, think logically and outside the box.  MENA countries are difficult at best.  Look at your case and the evidence provided as an outside person who is assuming your marriage isnt real.  Now you have to convince that outside person that it is.  Did you provide enough evidence? Would someone say you two know each other inside and out? Have you shared all the ups and downs?

Once you can distance yourself from emotion you can answer the 221g.

Yep, we drilled during the drive to the embassy things like names, places, and dates.  It is easy to forget those things under the pressure of the interview.

It's a little confusing because you say he knew about the one ex that you divorced...but the one you had an annulment with you never discussed with him & that's what he didn't know. Is that correct? He needs to know the basic details of that relationship as well so he's not caught off guard again.

Also since i had annulment i was told it was erased  so i never have to worry about that with my 1st ex.. I did provide that documents to the lawyers but i never discussed him with my husband due to a painful experience.. So he did not know him.. The interviewer was upset that he didnt know this..

It is clearly stated here that the current husband does not know about the first husband.

Please get this right i didnt say i didnt tell my husband about my ex or the annulment he just didn't  have his last name.

So this Is conflicting info. Hard to help when not getting told the full story and just getting defensive doesn’t help.
