Yes, according to VJ statistics...but with USCIS is another story. According to USCIS today Texas service center still working with September 15,17 probably If you call the answer will be "you are in the normal processing time"

Anyone here approved since beginning of may have already a confirmation that the case was received at NVC please share....Thanks. 

 

Note: I do not mean the welcome letter only that the case was receive at NVC. I know is a count down between 6 to  8 weeks since the case is received to get a case & invoice #s.

It has been sent but no received confirmation yet..

I get those messages once a month, I think the only good sign is when you get your NOA2.

 we av been waiting for approval since feb last year (NOA2) Its really frustrating

 

 

For permanent residents applying for foreign spouse can take up two years to complete the case. Even if you get  approve Soon once the case is receive at NVC you would not get a visa until is available because is not available right away it is another period waiting time. 😞

Yes I have seen people get those emails and then they approved or RFE

Depending on your NVC received date .. which is unknown to us now ..

 

i am following nvc june thread just to get an idea of what’s going on ..
