Conditional Resident Status is Extended for 1 year : For how long ?

I received my one year extension I-797.

On the form, it says:

"Your conditional resident status is extended for a period of one year. During the one-year extension you are authorized employment and travel"

"In order to further process your petition, you will be receiving an Application Support Center (ASC) appointment notice with a specific time, date and location to capture your fingerprints, photos, and signature. You must wait for your appointment notice before going to the ASC for biometric processing"

 

It's been months now, I got this and i'm not seeing any status updates on the USCIS site. Any idea how long will it take to hear from them ?

Some people their ROC takes a year. That's the sucky boat we are all in.

Thanks for your response! so i got the confirmation letter saying one year back in Feb and it's already Nov. Will i get a response before Feb 2018 ? or will they send another one year extension while it's pending ?

No you will not receive another extension letter. 

If you don't get approval by mid-January, make an Infopass appointment to get an I-551 stamp on your passport. That should cover you until i751 adjudication.

You need to call uscis. They delayed mines but i kept calling until they mailed me a letter.  Then,  there was hurricane and the support centers were closed, they said they would reschedule. Oh my sweet Jesus,  i waited forever, i made an infopass. They agreed to do biometrics on me and my 12 yr old.  When i got home from the infopass,  voila!!!! the long awaited letter had arrived.. 3months of wait in total.. dont give up.  Your NOA date don't change.. RELAX.
