Thank you.. it is situations like this that make immigration laws such a pain. I just hope they hurry so my husband can reunite with his mother and grandmother soon. Family is everything!

I totally agree...

Hi

Could you please advise me which website did you check for your NVC status please? I  checked my one on these ones:

https://ceac.state.gov/ceacstattracker/status.aspx

or:

https://ceac.state.gov/IV/Login.aspx

and it always shown "At NVC" eventhough I just submitted my civil documents last week. I have never seen any thing like "action required submit required documentation”. Very confusing

On this page https://ceac.state.gov/ceac/ click on “check my visa Application status” under Immigrant. When you log in normally it will always say At NVC at the top, but it doesn’t mean cc. It will mean CC when it will say At NVC after logging in the way I said.

The AOS line disappeared from the CEAC website for my case. Does anyone know that that means?

Case Complete. Check the website like I said above to see if it says At NVC. You can also call them to double check.
