Are you going to deliver it through Fedex or DHL? Then if so, Yes. You have to deliver it through that address.

Please use this exact address:

USCIS
Attn: I-129F

2501 South State Highway 121 Business
Suite 400
Lewisville, TX 75067

My standard response to this type of question is....

Please read ALL of the instructions that accompany form I-129F on the USCIS website. The fact that you are asking where to send the form suggests you have not read all of the instructions so you probably have missed other important information too. Not reading the instructions can cause delays or even rejections. No one wants that.

During this process you will have many questions

Please fill in a timeline or at least let us know the country u r dealing with as there r differences in the countries and embassies

some countries require additional medical like the sputum tests

only the ones going thru your embassy for interview can give u the best answers on that part

the process is the same thru USCIS and NVC stages so all know those issues

some people have gone thru both K1 and CR1 and have a lot of experience
