We have been trying for the last 15days but no matter which date, time or location we choose, we always get following message: "There are currently no appointments available. Please press the Back button and choose a new OFC appointment Date."

We are located in New Delhi. We have call helpdesk everyday but they say we have randomly check website every few hours. If we check more than 4-5times in a day then we start getting message stating "You are approaching the maximum number of times you may view this page. Please complete your transaction at this time."

I copied this from another member cuz I am in the same situation.  I can't find help from anyone. The embassy is useless and says to keep trying back.  And I haven't been able to find any help on this website or the internet regarding this issue.

I'm getting really anxious and stressed out from this.

Has anyone experienced this?????

Wow.  I thought it was an error. How do people ever book their appointments??  The Nov and Dec dates were released on Wed and i tried right away. I even tried for the dates furthest out in the end of Dec.

Hi. We are experiencing the same issue. They opened VAC appointments for New Delhi in Nov/Dec, but they haven't opened the actual embassy interview appointments. That's why you are getting the error message. It will let you schedule the 1st VAC appointment, but there are no appointments available yet for the interview in Nov/Dec. We are hoping that on the 1st they will open November appointments. My fiance has his medical appointment on the 2nd and our I-129F approval expires on Nov 24th so I can relate to your anxiety about not being able to schedule an appointment. We've contacted US Travel Docs but so far have not gotten an answer back. I guess all we can do is keep waiting and checking the site.

Have you already had your medical (or your fiance if you are the US petitioner)? My fiance has his on Thursday in Delhi and I'm so nervous!!

The Dalai Lama, when asked what surprised him most about humanity, answered "Man.... Because he sacrifices his health in order to make money. Then he sacrifices money to recuperate his health. And then he is so anxious about the future that he does not enjoy the present; the result being that he does not live in the present or the future; he lives as if he is never going to die, and then dies having never really lived."

Ohhh man. Thanks so much for responding!! My fiancee has not had his medical yet. I was under the impression that we needed the appointment letter in order to schedule the medical. The MAX hospital will not let us schedule til we have that.

Thanks for explaining what is going on with the interview appointments.

Best of luck to your fiance  in the medical. It'll be fine I'm sure!!!  You are almost there!!!!!!!!! Keep me up to date and let me know if you need any help!!!! :)

Oh, I see. He scheduled with Max Med Centre and they didn't require him to have an appointment to schedule. He may need to show them the letter he was sent from the embassy, but we planned on booking an appointment already so by the time he went to his medical he would've had an appointment letter to show just in case. The whole process has been so frustrating. It took him a long time to get his passport due to a bunch of delays (some on his part also) so that's why we are so close to our petition approval expiring. If November doesn't open up in the next few days then he will contact the embassy to ask them to extend the petition, just in case.

Best wishes to you also!! Hopefully we can both book the appointments soon!! It was nice to at least know it wasn't just us having trouble. I had moments of panic where I thought, "oh no, is something wrong with his account and they've prevented just him from scheduling!?" I swear this process brings out the paranoia in the most calm people!! haha. :)

At this point in time, if you choose your VAC date before 20th May, you should be able to book a consular interview for 25th May and 15th June.

Do you see it online for Mumbai? Unfortunately I don't see it.  Still getting the same message,  no dates available.
