Good morning all,

I was curious - after you did your biometrics, did anything change to your status online?  I'm not sure if anything is supposed to change or not...

Mine did not change anything. The next thing that should show in the I-485 is " case is ready to be scheduled for interview. The date of when the interview will be scheduled will depend of your local office, and probably some luck too.

In the form I-765 will show: " case approved and later your card is being produced. Something like this. However, some people get their mail way before gets an updated in the website.

a lot of filers from K1 Visa (on the other October thread) has been getting EAD/AP... Does it matter at all? I mean if K1 adjustments tend to be processed faster as compared to other category. Thoughts?

Once you are in the process the same rules apply to everyone, so that should not matter. What matter is wich pile your application is at, the lazy pile ot the efficient one.

Wishing for more EADs approvals today!!!

Hi Everyone! It's been a while since I've posted, but I have been following the thread to see how everyone's doing :)

I know the "immigration timelines" feature is just an estimate and only based on those who report their status, but mine currently says that my husband's EAD/AP card should be adjudicated between December 26th-January 8th. I wouldn't be surprised if the holidays bumped it back a few days, but to potentially have the card in less than a month is exciting!

I filed at the very beginning of October, so I'll let everyone know ASAP once I have any updates.

Happy Holidays everyone :)

9/29/2017: Sent AOS Package via FedEx

10/2/2017 Forms arrived at USCIS Chicago Lockbox

10/9/2017: SMS/Email Confirmation

10/18/2017: 4 NOA's received in mail

11/1/2017: Biometrics completed

So I haven't been to the post office to check my mail in a week (we don't get mail at the house) and as I opened my PO box I saw the tiny letter from USCIS in between all the magazines and junk. The moment I saw the yellow paper inside I panicked lol

I was convinced it was a RFE for the I-864 as I feel that's the most common one. I had a couple more errands to do but when I finally opened it, it just informed me that I haven't sent I-693 and if I got an interview notice, I should just bring the results with me.

Ah, the relief!
