i wanna know if the AOS need to sent out at 90 days or not a issues my 90 days is done? ??

As long as you married within 90 days of entry on the K-1 visa, it's fine.

There's no end date to file for AOS and to add more to what @geowrian said, applying for AOS as soon as your receive your marriage certificate is better because your medical exam done before K-1 visa is valid for one year for AOS. If you apply for AOS after an year then you will have to re-do the medical exam here.

Yes. People have done so years later fine (although I would absolutely suggest doing it as soon as you can to limit the time out of status).

100% sure. Applying late for AOS has its own flaws like medical expiring in one year, won't be able to work and won't be able to travel.

And being out of status...not likely to be put into removal proceedings, but it would not be the first case of it happening.

Yup. It's the same as anybody in the US without a legal status or authorized stay (i.e. all overstays).

Once you file for AOS, you are granted authorized stay....so you don't need to worry about it after you file.

 

By itself, it's unlikely to be caught, and even if caught it's likely they would just require that you file for AOS instead of actually going through with removal from the US. That's more work for them...but it's still not a good time to go through that.

and yes, georian is sure you have to marry within the 90 days of arrival in the US
