Hi all I applied for i 751 to remove conditions on January 2016 and my wife signed it after a year and half and talking to the congressman i got an interview notice and we had the interview on August the 16th when I called them last month they told me that my file was sent back to Vermont..what does that mean?

It means they sent your files back to Vermont.  You know, the maple syrup state of Vermont.

I don’t think we can read into the reason why they may have sent it back to Vermont.  Maybe the local office found some issues in how Vermont handled the package.

Some people say it’s a goid sign cause Vermont is where they produce the green cards

As far as I understood all GC production was ordered at Texas Service Center but actual production is in Kentucky - has this changed? Been a few years since I got mine but everything was routed through TSC.

I am an EAC filer, had interview in Boston and card was produced and mailed from Missouri.

But according to your first post the delay is due to your wife not USCIS?

anyway, maybe worth booking an infopass to see if you can get any further information as to what is going on.
