OP, how did you get your green card originally?

As @Nitas_man has been saying over and over again, seems like you need to be otherwise eligible for an immigrant visa.

He said he married/divorced a USC.  Unfortunately the marriage to USC that made him eligible is gone so running out his green card was a one-way street.

Thats right but things not going good as it was Before in here if i have  still right to live in usa i want to try again bec i know how the life is There

You never had a "right" to live in the US.  You enjoyed the right that your USC (ex) wife had to petition you.  Now you have the same rights as 73,000,000 other Turks.  So get back in line.

He convinced her to marry him because he is a US green card holder, she convinced him she cannot live in Russia because her father is cruel saying her husband needs to take her to US with him, both now are stuck in Turkey which they both don't like.

OP, please, ask for SB1 and then come back asking more questions, just try to get your green card back

If you don't believe what others have said, then I think you should contact an attorney......
