Question about location to file I-129F

According to USCIS website, it says to send the I-129F and supporting documents to the Dallas Lockbox Facility. This might be a stupid question but, since I'm from California, wouldn't it make sense to file at the California Center? Or do these all initially go to Dallas and then get distributed to their respective centers? Just curious to know. Thank you for any information!

Send to wherever the official USCIS website says. You could live right next door to the Cali Service Center, but send it to the Dallas Lockbox Facility because they all get sent/distributed to the CSC. btw, a question not asked is a dumb question lol. you're good!!!!!!!!! good luck to ya!!
