I have Applied for I-130 for my spouse. I sent in the NADRA Marriage Certificate with the I-130 application. the case is at TSC .
I started reading the threads for NVC and realized that the Islamabad embassy requires the Nikkah Nama (with English Translation).

My Question is that has anyone gotten their I130 approved by sending only the NADRA marriage certificate? Does USCIS know the difference between Nikkah Nama and NADRA Marriage Certificate.

Should I try and preempt a RFE and send in the nikkah Nama Now to TSC

PS: I am going to send the Nikkah nama once my case gets to NVC

you may submit both it wont hurt to send both, but since you already submitted then wait for their response.

At USCIS stage they can approve without nikah nama translation depend on your luck but wait their response. i dont think so they would ask about it plus you have send your nadra nikah nama. but at nvc you are require to send urdu nikah nama its translation and nadra nikah nama total 3 nikah nama

I believe that Nikkah Nama has 4 copies, two Urdu and two English. I had sent a photocopy of both versions as well as NADRA marriage certificate. It is advised to send as much as possible with your I-130 petition however if you have already sent it then just wait for their response.

Yes, they do know the difference between Nikkah Nama and Marriage certificate so you shall be good however if they need more evidence, they may send you an RFE (Request for Evidence) in which case just follow what they ask for.
