Hey everyone, do I finally mailed my I751 package out after weeks of preparing. However, now I have another headache. I sent a check f om my bank with the correct filing fee and write it I out to USCIS (not abbreviated) but I forgot to sign my name on the list right hand corner of the check. I tried to stop the process and have the package returned to me but it's too late want it will be there on Monday. Can anyone tell me what might happen? Will they send the entire package back or...? help please I've been losing sleep ever since I found out I made the mistake, because I know it will delay my process.

Don't worry it will be return to you soon. they were know that mistake .

Do you think they send the entire package back with the original documents or will I just get a rejection letter and have to start from scratch. Unfortunately all I did was make copies of all the documents I sent and don't have originals anymore.

When application submissions are deemed "incomplete" (and it's incomplete since they can't cash the check without your signature), they send the entire package back.  Just resubmit it again (even if they have made markings on your documents/paperwork) with the signed check.

Aug 16, 2017 (Day 32) - Online MYUSCIS status shows "Interview Scheduled, read the letter we mailed you..."

Aug 17, 2017 (Day 33) - Interview Appointment Letter PDF posted online---GOT AN INTERVIEW DATE!!!

Aug 21, 2017 (Day 37) - Interview Appointment Letter received in the mail, appointment for 09/27/17
