You'll need to send the I-134 and supporting documents to your fiance. He/she will need to hand carry it to the embassy on the day of the interview.

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

I believe it has to be original signature so you will want to send it down there for your fiance to take with them when they go for interview. I had heard that it was something they weren't even asking for as of late, and when I was they, they never asked for it either. (I would still have it though, since you never know)
