I am wondering, in the G325a as well as the intent to marry document, does it have to be my fiance's printed signature on it? As in, will she have to print the document, sign it and send it to me or can she just scan it and we can do it all online? Does anyone have experience with this stuff? Or how did you do it and what was the result? Thanks!

She needs to send it to you. Signature needs to me in ink and can't be a copy

For most things a scan is acceptable.  There are people in the world (and at USCIS) who will require an actual signature, but I've seen scanned signatures go through without a hitch.  Actual signature is better, it increases the likelihood that the acceptance doesn't hinge on that document, but scan is likely ok.  I would mail over the original signature copy as well, in case it raises an RFE, you can respond quickly with the original.

I've seen all kinds of documents move forward with a scanned copy, including at the USCIS.  I'd guess scan accepted 90% + of the time, other times it could lead to an RFE.

The G-325A is NO longer needed. Have you filed???

Make sure you're using the current edition I-129F https://www.uscis.gov/i-129f and pay the current fee of $535.

She can send you a scanned copy for you to attach to the petition for submission.

We personally sent every signed form and document with wet signature. We simply prefer not have to worry about potential RFEs.

For my I-129F, K-1, AOS, EAD, AP and ROC detailed timelines, please refer to my timeline page :)

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

My sincerest gratitude to all VJers, especially the late geowrian.

So I don't need to send the G325 with the passport pictures? I was just going by the k1 visa guide. http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1guide

I pulled the i 129 off visajourney but i'll double check to make sure it's the same as the uscis one. Thanks KUL!

The forms are not updated in the guide. Other information are still useful.

You'll still need to submit passport photos for both petitioner and beneficiary. Just no need for G-325A.

Use the info on this site as a GUIDELINE ONLY. The information you use must come from USCIS or Department of State websites (and any other websites your consulate/embassy forwards you). If you follow random online guides, you will be gathering unnecessary information for ages.

If you have any questions about the forms, ask on these forums for advice as you just did. ;)

Is everything else accurate as to what needs to be sent with the I129 on the list here? I did not find a list on uscis for what to send with it.

The guide gives a bit more info than the instructions sheet but you'll need to combine info from both to compile a wholesome petition :)

The I-129F page has an instructions sheet pdf.

Refer to both.
