Hello every one i have just started my K1 visa Journey and will be mailing my application off on Wednesday i have a few questions im hoping i could get help with first

i was watching a video of someone putting together their package and they stated they were told to not send pictures of kissing? im confused by this not all put some of our pictures

are of intimate moments nothing beyond kissing also i have purchased clamps that i will place on the paper work once i mail it off is a cover letter over the entire package stating original submission necessary?

also i have tabs at the bottom stating each section i129f,intent to marry, ect i have seen many people write cover letters for each section is this necessary as they will take apart all your hard work anyway i cant think of any other questions at this moment however any and all other advice would be greatly helpful.

I wouldnt worry about the intimate photos, it shows that the 2 of you are possibly in love and have a legitimate relationship in the eyes of the adjudicator. I did a cover letter, and suggest that you do the same also. Yes, they dismantle your package sent, but it also make this easier for who has to enter in all your info. If its easier for them, then it takes out the guess work of "whats what" and possibly avoid a RFE..

Good luck going forward..

even with the tabs at the bottom identifying each section you still suggest i do a cover letter for each section and thank you for the response the paperwork alone has me on edge so i can imagine the waiting process ect....:(

Take a look at the cover letter examples for those filing ROC.  You could do something similar for the K1 describing each tabbed section.

Good Luck!

Kissing photos are fine but they shouldn't be the only photos you submit. Make sure there are photos with your face properly visible.

Binder clips are good.

One cover at the top of the stack is sufficient. You already have tabs on each document so list them accordingly. Multiple cover letters, one for each section is absolutely unnecessary.

Don't forget to use the current edition form https://www.uscis.gov/i-129f and pay the correct fee of $535. Also, the G-325A is no longer needed.

If you're using express courier service or something with signature required, then send to Lewisville. For regular mail, send it to the Dallas lockbox. Word of advice, you may want to consider using something that's trackable and with signature required for your own peace of mind.

For my I-129F, K-1, AOS, EAD, AP and ROC detailed timelines, please refer to my timeline page :)

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

My sincerest gratitude to all VJers, especially the late geowrian.
