I don't think so, Prima facie is given @ the sole discretion of the officer. If you need one, I believe you can attempt to request for one. But it doesn't mean either.

I believe your best option for now until someone respond will be to make google your best friend. It was hard for me to get or find any because I think they usually work withing certain demographics. So check your zip code. All the best

Q1: Is it ok to combine the following in one packet?..

1) Form I-765 EAD Renewal + Copy of expiring EAD + initial NOA + 2 Photos

2) Form I-131 Advance Parole (first time) + Copies of my I-94 + Passport + I-485 receipt/NOA + 2 Photos

3) Form I-912 Waiver for both I-765 and I-131 + Copies of Medicaid card + letters

4) Request for Prima Facie Renewal + Copy of my 2nd expiring Prima Facie and initial receipt/NOA

 

Q2: How long does the EAD renewal take? Will it include AP or Will AP come as a separate document?

Thanks bold, when you filed i360, what confirmation you receive for that, any receipt came from USCIS, confirming that they receive your application, or any tracking # you receive for your case, and how long it took, 15 days or 30 days of i360 filing , by the way congratulation on your VAWA, and wish you the best for i485

Thanks. I got a receipt for the vawa within 3 weeks of filing.

I was were interviewed already. The lady officer was very nice and the interview went very well. She just checked some information  in the form and asked about some Yes or No questions in the form. Nothing else. It only took about 10 minutes. She said she was gonna approve my case, but my FBI packground check was not completed yet, so she had to put my case on review. She would give me GC as soon as my background check is completed clearly. She also said she had emailed FIB, but she was not sure how many days that gonna take. She said she hope it was just a few days. Finally she said "good luck" to me . 

 

I am a little worried. The only thing i can do now is praying to God and sharing with you. Anybody here knows about or has being through the same situation?  Please share.. Thanks!

 Congratulations! This is excellent news. It sounds as though it's only a matter of time. As soon as they have the clearance you'll be approved. Don't worry. Fingers crossed that it happens very soon. 🤗🤗🤗

Me. 

 

I'm a November 2016 filer, no response besides fees waived December of last year and No Prima Facie.  Sandra advised me to send a letter requesting prima facie, we'll see how that goes.

 

November 8th will officially be 12 months waiting.

 

(edit: and to add, my VAWA case included several police reports, affidavits from in laws, a protective order, photos and so on.  I don't think it has anything to do with having a strong or weak case.)

Submit your  bank account  statement as well and staple with form l912. You can submit all forms together.
