This is applicable to all the forms I submitted. Has not changed since fingerprints screening was done back in September. It's really frustrating. Reached out to Ombudsman 2 days ago.

This was true for all my cases last month. I'm pretty sure contacting my Senator is what got everything started for me.

I just phoned USCIS who said that my application are with an officer right now. Should I just wait with contacting congressman and ombudsman? They said that my case was sent to an officer a few days ago.

I would still reach out to your congressman and ombudsman as you could still find yourself waiting for months despite them saying your SR or application has been assigned. I went for an infopass session where a field officer told me my application is currently being worked on by an officer and should be adjudicated w/in a week. I am yet to receive anything weeks later. I would exhaust all means to expedite the process until you get something in writing.

August 28, 2017: Priority Date

September 5, 2017: AOS Notice of Action

September 8, 2017: Biometric Notice of Action letter

September 29, 2017: Biometric done

January 26, 2018: Infopass inquiry at field office - was told nothing useful

February 16, 2018: Service request made. Hasn't been assigned.

February 23, 2018: Infopass inquiry at field office - officer emailed NBC regarding urgency of EAD

March 2, 2018: EAD in production on day 186 (e-notification) :D

March 7, 2018: EAD mailed out (e-notification) :D

March 12, 2018: EAD RECEIVED!!!

Thank you! My congressman was very helpful last time so I will reach out to him again.
The tier 2 I spoke to said that I will receive a decision within 30 days, from the date that it was assigned to the officer. Heeeeey, heard that before lol

I think it's probably promising that your case is actually with an officer - usually when they say that, people do get a decision pretty soon (like within a week). But yeah, can't hurt to have your Congressperson ask about it. It's been ages - exhaust your options, I think.

Oh, by the way, all the service requests that I had made, they were stating on my online account but two of them are now gone?! What does that mean?

What was their date of creation? Maybe they expired? Or got assigned? :/

One in November, one in December and one in January. I also had some sort of SR req at the end of January that uscis sent(that was going to give me a reply within 2 weeks) and then also one to a supervisor (Those 2 were never shown on my account).

Anyway, the SR from November is only showing on my account now. Do they disappear when an officer has responded to them?
