Not really, mine is changed Oct 17. So the true is, now you have to wait on your local office to invite you for an interview and that will depends on how busy your office is. Some offices like mine, are taking 4 to 6 months to actually call me to a interview, some others are super fast....so it is really just a matter of time until you receive your app letter.

Good luck

Ok thanks :) what you said to Adipo made me feel a bit nervous (the appointment letter within a week). All I want for now is my EAD and then I won't stress!

Ow I`m sorry @AlexaT In that post the status is a bit different, look at his post;

So, my understanding is that his interview was already schedule and he/she should receive the appointment letter soon, that is why I said what I said. In our case where the status shows as "Case Is Ready To Be Scheduled For An Interview" we still dont have an appointment, so therefore we need to wait a little longer :) does it make sense?

Hello everyone  please  help  just checked  my status  and its ready for interview  it has not giving me a date of when exactly  am panking what do I do?

Why are you panicking? You are supposed to be dancing. They will send you the details very soon, that status is just to prepare you in readiness for your letter and subsequent interview.

You better jump for joy and give God all the glory. I'm happy for you and your husband. Congratulations!

Your status is "ready to be scheduled for an interview" or "interview is scheduled" ?

If it's the latter one, you should receive the appointment letter in the next days, I received mine the day after the status updated to "interview is scheduled" (and they normally give you the date of the interview in the online status).

And if your status is "ready to be scheduled for an interview", then it just means you have to wait for your local office to set an interview date (which can take days, weeks or even months).

For those that concurrently filed their EAD and AP, does it ever happen that it will not be a combo card? So what I mean, does anyone ever get the EAD first and AP at a later time?
