I finished paying my AOS and IV Application fees. To send the supporting and beneficiary documents, I need to include document cover sheet on top as per their request mentioned on the website. For some reason, I was receiving an application error when printing both AOS and IV application fees. Can I use the cover sheet that was listed on when NVC received my approved immigrant visa and provided me NVC case number and Invoice ID number. I have attached cover sheet received through email on the case and IIN document.

I was able to print my aos cover sheet a few weeks ago so I used that for my aos package but I'm having the same problem as you with the IV fee. So in my immigrant visa package I have used the cover sheet in your picture above and on the sheet behind it where I have a written cover sheet (taken from NVC wiki page) I wrote that there was an error occurring so I was unable to print the IV barcode cover sheet.

I know that some people send in their packages before their fees have finished processing so i don't think this should be a huge issue :)

I am also having the same problem =\ Their website must be buggered.

I don't see anywhere that it requests you to send those additional cover sheets though, only the bar-coded cover sheet in your picture.

I still wasn't able to print my cover sheet, so I included the coversheet with the barcode that they sent me through email. Also, I mentioned in a letter writing that the application have an error. I called NVC customer service, they said it's fine to include the one I received through email, as long it has the case no bar code, it should be good. So, I assume I am all set for now. Thank you for your response.

Yes, I sent the one with the barcode. Just to double check I called NVC customer service, they said it's fine to add the one with barcode.

I read this from the FAQ

If your Document Cover Sheet is missing, you can print a new one online. Go to ceac.state.gov and click on “Fee Payment” under the “Immigrant” category. You will be asked to enter your NVC case number and Invoice ID number. After doing so, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the “Print Document Cover Sheet” button. You can also choose to email yourself a copy of your document cover sheet for printing at a later time.

But  I cant find it.  Why??????

* PS My DS 260 is not completed at the moment.
