Can someone tell me what's happening if you already sent your RFE response but they didn't update it yet when they already received it upon checking at UPS tracker. Because it still shows Request for additional Evidence was mailed. :( How long should we wait for the NO2 after they received it.

Don't worry about it because the USCIS tracker hasn't been working properly for awhile now.

For my I-129F, K-1, AOS, EAD, AP and ROC detailed timelines, please refer to my timeline page :)

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

My sincerest gratitude to all VJers, especially the late geowrian.

It's USCIS' online system problem. I cannot be sure as to what caused the breakdown. But I will tell you this, I have received my NOA2 yet the USCIS tracker only showed my petition as "case was received".

The USCIS tracker hasn't been working for a while. Back in May, I believe it started. People were finding out approvals based on letters in the mail.

I hope you guys are right. Thank you!
