Mine is on May 10th, we have most of our stuff ready, though we don't have 2006 taxes back yet and I wanted to bring that.

05/10/2007 -- Interview, Approved!

05/22/2007 GREEN CARD arrives!!!

02/2009 - File to lift conditions

12/14/2006--- Mailed EAD App.

01/20/2007--- Biometrics

02/09/2005-------Sent in request to Congressional office for assistance with expediting EAD.

02/13/2007 -------- EAD Approved!

02/26/2007 - ------EAD received

Removal of Conditions:

05/12/2009 -- Overnighted application by USPS express mail (VSC).

05/14/2009 -- Green Card expired.

05/23/2009 --- Check cleared bank.

05/26/2009 -- Received NOA (NOA date May 15, 2009, guess they aren't deporting me).

05/29/2009- Biometrics Notice date

06/01/2009- Received Biometrics Letter

06/18/2009 - Biometrics

09/23/2009 - date of decision to approve (letter received), just waiting for card. No online updates whatsoever.

Mine is on May 10th, we have most of our stuff ready, though we don't have 2006 taxes back yet and I wanted to bring that.

Mine isn't May, it's the very tail end of April though (April 26th). We have almost everything ready - just waiting on the employment letter and tax information they want for the interview from my mom (joint sponsor). She's got it and I think she put it in the mail Saturday.

As soon as I got the interview letter I went out and got a binder and sheet protectors and did most of it the week I got the letter - less to stress about I guess but I'm still nervous!

All we've submitted is the actual tax return and W2's and haven't gotten an RFE...I keep the confirmation of filing page with it.

Jane....what do you mean by having the taxes 'back'?

Have you filed them yet? All USCIS expects is a signed copy of what you mailed or e-filed and the attachments.

If you have already filed, you won't get anything 'back' from the government except a refund (if you have one coming).

I only waited until my husband got his refund to call and get his transcript from 2006. http://www.irs.gov/taxtopics/tc156.html?portlet=1 As you can see our interview is May 21 Victoria day in Canada. A cause for celebration!! I haven't really started to get anything together more then it already was.... I suppose I should :idea:

mine is may 4, tax transcript? is that necessary? oh well i will just bring everything on what i sent to uscis with the application, i didn't had an rfe, so maybe this people just want to ask something, so guys use your convinsing power and sensible humor, it might work.
