When to receive NOA1?

I wonder when should we hear if they received our documents for AOS, sent in on 24th of June with USPS. They haven't also taken money yet from the check for $1225. Thank you!

I heard that there is a backlog in at the lockbox in Chicago.

If you haven't heard anything from USCIS on July 23rd, I'd give them a call.

 

I was in the same situation and because of a backlog it took USCIS 3 weeks to cash the check and to send NOA1 to me.

We sent in our AOS packet on the 24 June 2017, was delivered June 28, 2017.  We received USCIS Acceptance confirmation email July 6, 2017 and checked cash same day.

With USCIS you can't determine, some cases are handled faster than others and I also believe it depends on the case worker too.

ours was recieved on 7/7, check not cashed, no notification

Sent my AOS to Chicago July 12th and got my NOA1 texts/emails July 19th
