Actually, just had a second glance at my biometrics letter, there's a first number that shows EAC 17 284 XXXXX and second one EAC 17 205 XXXXX. The first number shows case was transferred to local office on April 9 2018 and the second one shows since july 10 the case is pending. Not sure which one is the right case. Any idea?

the one with 284

Thanks guys, that makes sense. However, I get the status "On April 9, 2018, we received your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence..." is that common? is that a good or a bad thing

The correct receipt number is EAC17284XXXX which is tied up to your I-751, the EAC17205XXXXX is your CR-I89.

The one that you need to monitor is the EAC17284XXXX.

I'm waiting now for my green card and it's currently in transit, hopefully I will get it tomorrow, I will submit my application online once I have the actual card.

I sent tons of evidences for my ROC since I don't want RFE or an interview, and they indeed approved my application without RFE or interview. I sent the below evidences:

3 years IRS tax transcript

2014-2017 joint account bank statements ( all months and pages )

Apartment Lease agreement

Health Insurance policy from 2015-2017

Bank Reference letter

Cash Management account statements from 2015-2017 (all months and pages)

Copies of our state ID stating the same address

Life Insurance Beneficiary Record being me as a beneficiary and my spouse as beneficiary

Copy of airline reservation for our trip travel together

some pictures we took during our travel together

sworn affidavits from 2 US citizen friends that has knowledge with our marriage

Hope this helps

How did you send a joint health insurance policy for multiple years, out of curiosity? I was only really able to send the statement confirming coverage of us both, when I took it out.

I kept our health insurance policy for each year since I'm aware I'll be needing it for my ROC because I'm not sure if the health insurance provider can provide the old policy.

Better be sure than sorry. :)

Anyone else see this on the USCIS website?

We got our NOA on July 10 and are sweating it as my husband's GA DL expires that day and we have to fly at the end of July...I know how hard it is to get an Infopass appt

Update to Form I-797 Receipt Notices for Form I-751 and Form I-829

As of June 11, 2018, petitioners who file Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, or Form I-829, Petition by Entrepreneur to Remove Conditions on Permanent Resident Status, will receive a Form I-797 receipt notice that can be presented with their Form I-551, Permanent Resident Card, as evidence of continued status for 18 months past the expiration date on their Permanent Resident Card.

We are making the change from 12 to 18 months because current processing times for Form I-751 and Form I-829 have increased over the past year.

Additionally, we will issue new Form I-797 receipt notices to eligible conditional permanent residents whose Form I-751 or I-829 was still pending as of June 11, 2018. Those Form I-797 receipt notices will also serve as evidence of continued status for 18 months past the expiration date on petitioner’s Permanent Resident Card.

As a reminder, conditional permanent residents who plan to be outside of the United States for a year or more should apply for a reentry permit by filing Form I-131, Application for Travel Document, before leaving the country. Read more information on our Green Card webpage.

I agree. Personally I have never received any message. My USCIS account still shows my case was touched on March, 18...

It's posted as a news update on the USCIS.gov website! I called today to see if I needed to request an updated 18 month I-797 to replace the 12 month one we have from last July and the USCIS officer had no idea what I was talking about...Bleh. I guess we'll assume no one knows what is going on and try to get an Infopass appt.

I just made a quick excel calculation on how long you might expect to wait to have your case processed at VSC, assuming that your case was received on July 12, and they are now working on number 17 238 xxxx. This contains simplifying assumptions, such as that VSC and CSC receive roughly equal numbers of petitions, and that they approve them at the same historical daily rate. See results below.

Total Forms Received, Q1 2017 Total Cases Processed, Q1 2018 Days in Q1 Average apps processed per day (Total) Average Total Cases Received per day Assumed average apps processed per day, CSC Assumed average apps processed per day, VSC Assumed remaining cases before July 12  Expected Wait VSC, days

it takes time for uscis to come up with policy/procedure,  it takes much longer for uscis centers and call centers to implement the policy or procedures, so we will wait and see how long this is going to be
