On Monday the 18th I received the letter stating that the pardon was approved and that they will forward the information to the embassy for another interview. I was very surprised of how fast was the processing time. I submitted on July and got a reply on August. Good luck!

Hi, I was wondering if you could tell me a little about your case. We sent our solo 212 to LA field office and they still haven’t cashed my check. My husband is the beneficiary, he was expedited from LAX almost 3 years ago. Our 130 petition took 1 year for approval. And we are currently in the NVC process. I am hoping it won’t take this long. Thank you for any info.

Nope, been 9 months already. They told me to check back next month. When did you submit?

I barely submitted 212 3 weeks ago. 😱

Submitted husbands 212 waiver 8/28 at local office LA. Received receipt number today from Missouri. Receipt number starts with MSC. Hopefully I have the same luck as @Canelo

Mine too, received December 4th 2018, still nothing. Did you have interview already? Mine hasn’t and that’s probably why they haven’t processed the waiver.

Still nothing on my case with MSC receipt number submitted in late August. Does anyone know if these waivers are approved/denied out of the national benefits center, or ultimately transferred to a different field office for a final decision?

Did yours have interview already? Mine hasn’t and that’s probably why they haven’t processed the waiver.
