My receipt date is November 14,2016... I am still waiting for NOA2...its been more than 7months....processing time is stucked to august 23since last few months...can anyone help what's going on

This is a very vague question. You should check the appropriate threads for your service center and month you filed.

Because you have to wait until your priority date is current, there is no urgency on USCIS to approve the petitions quickly for spouses of LPRs. Even if they approved it quickly, it would sit untouche

Wow, you've been waiting a long time. :( Have you called USCIS? I believe your case should now be prioritized if you call, since it's been more than half a year already.

Call USCIS and if it didn't help make an infopass. probably people who wait so long go through security checks.

We had gone through security checks and We were approved after 1 year and 10 months from our NOA1. So believe me 7 months is nothing compared to 1 year and 10 months but you should call them and if nothing happens make an infopass.

Visa Class: IR-1.

Country: Jordan.

Embassy: U.S embassy in Amman, Jordan.

Married: May 28, 2015.

Interview Date: Aug 17, 2017.

Interview Result: Approved.

VISA Received: Aug 21, 2017.

U.S Entry & Passport Stamp: Aug 25, 2017.

Permanent (Green) Card was produced: Oct 9, 2017.

Permanent (Green) Card was mailed to me: Oct 11, 2017.

Received My Social Security Card: Oct 29, 2017.

First Job in America: Dec 21, 2017.

Received Plastic Green Card in the mail (Permanent Resident Card): Mar 16, 2018.

N-400 Applied: May 28, 2020.

N-400 NOA: June 1, 2020.

Bio: June 19, 2021.

Interview: July 23, 2021.

Ceremony: Aug 13, 2021.

I am facing the same problem. my PD is 09/29/2016 and haven't revived anything yet. I think that on all cases not specific once.

Do any one have further information about what is going on as the date of August 23 doesn't change for a while?

hold date make nervous

Any updates about the approval of NOA1 to NOA2. Its been very long time almost 9months.....god knows what's going on...my NOA1 date is 14november 2016

 I have filed the application on 7th nov... and my receipt date is 14th nov... and nothing has been updated after that....can u share me wats up with you
