Hello

I'm wondering if the US Citizen(me) is also required to take the medical examination as well? I have read a few different answers online and am now worried and confused because I don't want to delay anything.

I have never been married, do I need to submit my marriage terminations even though I've never been married? Also when I was 13 my friends were caught shop lifting but we never went to court for it, only had to attend a class. I don't think it was ever put on my record. Would I need to inform them about this incident? I've never been in trouble for anything else.

Also I'm 19 years old, was a student for 2 years in the UK so I could be with my partner, and have never been employed. I've been told to say I was a student, but I'm not sure where I would write that? And would I just leave the employment section on the i- 129f blank?

Thank you, any help would be greatly appreciated

Have you read the guides here...http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1guide

How can you submit a marraige termination when you were never married before? I think that one answers itself.

Carefully read over the questions asked on the I-129f and answer honestly and appropriately.

There are form instructions you should read carefully. It tells you not to leave things blank. So

Employer: N/A

Your occupation: N/A

The London part (which follows your I129F petition approval) is all about your U.K. partner. That includes the visa application form, documents, crimes, and health.  Nothing comes from the US citizen fiancé but an affidavit of support (Form I-134). You need a job making at least $20k a year and proof of it. Or you need another person who will sponsor you fiancé financially. Or your fiancé can self-sponsor if he has maybe $25k-$40k savings in the bank.
