I agree but only in the sense that this isn't whistleblowing. The NSA isn't doing anything wrong. It's merely using tracking intelligence against foreign governments and their actions. If this showed misconduct on the part of the US government, though, I'd be all for giving that person a medal. Because this isn't whistleblowing, they most certainly deserve jail and to never work around government or with classified information again. Wouldn't be sad if they never got work period henceforth.

 

Thing is, this is nothing. This is at best proof Russians might have tried to do something before the election.. zero proof anything happened. The only real issue here is the idiots falling for phishing scams, opening attachments, etc. Same issue as the DNC. I thought government workers and political leaders were better trained than this.

Because they can trace on who looked at or downloaded the document, everything on SIPR is recorded by your credentials. So nice try there.

I have never heard that pipe  dream. What I have heard for months is that there is zero proof of the Russian involvement in trying to influence our elections.
