How long after the approval does it take for your visa to be ready

My fiancé was approved on May 23rd at the Ghana embassy. The CO said it would be ready in about 2 weeks. It still says administrative processing.  Does anyone know how long it usually takes before the visa is ready for pickup at DHL?

Congrats! Our status changed from AP to issued after 2 weeks, my fiance will go to DHL later this week to see if it's there.

Ap can take anywhere from a day to years. It all depends. Their is no way to tell, just be patient.

My family's took about a month before it changed from AP to issued and another 2 weeks before DHL had it

CO told me it will be ready in two weeks as well. Then he added, two Ghana weeks. so check DHL after 3 to 4 weeks.

Has your fiancé picked up via visa yet? Mine changed to issued on the 5th but when he went to get it she said come back in 2 weeks.

He went last week but it had not arrived yet. The ceac status stated 10 days from issued date so we will check again at the end of the week.
