Alright guys, 

 

Our Adjustment of Status interview is in two weeks. I did my biometrics back in December and at last the final interview is nearly here. On the checklist for the interview it says we need a completed medical examination (I-693) and vaccination supplement (unless already submitted). I have my vaccination card from when I did the medical last July overseas before I came to the states. I also have some sealed document from the hospital I received my medical that I have never opened. Is this what they are talking about???? Or do I need to go see a civil surgeon? Please help!

The ds3025 is the vaccination supplement for K1's. It wouldn't be in a sealed envelope. That's likely the chest xray. Unless your Doc put it in with that for some reason. The only thing that needed to stay sealed was the medical you handed over at POE (assuming you did, some never get asked). The other stuff is yours to do with as you please.

 

If you did turn it over at POE it is submitted. The ds3025 that's given to you is just really your copy of the one in the POE package. It can be good to have to see that you completed the requirements.

 

If you did turn the file over at POE,  there is no need for a new medical (i693).
