Hello, so I'm actually an orphan. And, I got a legal guardian and it's my grandmother. My grandmother is a US citizen, and she can't stay in the same country with me. And I'm under the age of consent.

Is there any possibility that my grandmother could bring me with her to The United States even if it's temporary? Because she is almost retired and she only got me as a granddaughter since my parents passed away.

And if it's possible, which visa should I apply?

How old are you currently? When did she get citizenship? A grandmother cannot petition for a grandchild but she could potentially adopt you depending on your age.  Student visa would be the next route.  That would require all school costs being covered as you cannot go to school on the taxpayers dollar.  Why can't she come to your country?  Any other relatives there?

I'm 15, and both of my parents passed away. And, in my country, there's no way that a grandma could adopt their grandchild because they're still a relative, so grandparents can only be a legal guardian.

My grandma can't come to my country anymore because of her health condition and her age. And, the one who's taking care of me is my grandma's sister, but she got her own family besides me to be taken care of.

Then it's unlikely that she'd be able to bring you to America if you have a living relative there and she cannot adopt you.  Student visa perhaps but she'd need money to cover your school costs and you'd have to intend to return to your home country.  What country is it?

Sorry to hear about your parents.

Were any of your parents USC?

Indonesia.

But, I wasn't planning to live there, can I just visit her regularly and she will be the one who's sponsoring my trip?

Because, my visa once got denied and the interviewer said that there's a possibility that I won't come back to my country which is actually not true.

Sounds like you're unlikely to get a visit visa.  I'm sorry

There is no such thing as sponsor of a visitor visa.

Also your grandmother who is your guardian lives there so your ties are way stronger to the us then Indonesia and therefore they think that you will not return to Indonesia after your visit and thats why you get denied a visitor visa.
