Does anyone have a link to the specific forms needed by the beneficiary when attending the interview after the NOA2?

The only thing I know so far is that he needs to bring documentation from my employer, paystub's from my employer, my bank  statements with opening day and Balance and proof of income.

we are still in the initial filing process but I would like to be able to take a look at the forms that he is going to be needing to fill out to take to his interview once we are approved, hopefully!

They don't need your bank statements as long as your income is more than required minimum for sponsorship.

After NOA2, lots of processes are involved as stated in the link below.

Every consulate is slightly different in procedure. London gives you their instructions on their website.

Start learning here https://uk.usembassy.gov/visas/fiancee-2/applying-for-the-visa/

An employer letter would be enough for London, but bring your 2016 tax return (if it shows enough income) for a spare thing. Nothing else from you but the I-134 and a proof of income.

So just for clarification purposes, I don't need a letter from my bank?

I work for a contractor and I'm going to have trouble getting a letter from my employer and trying to explain the process that I'm going through so I'm a bit worried about that one but I can definitely supply my income tax returns.

Have you been through this process already? I really do appreciate your input!

Then use your income tax return. Bring some pay slips as a back up.  London is very easy on this matter. Prove it one way and they are good with it.

Yes. K1 London.
