I-765 and l-131 fee not required if filing with I-485?

If you file I-131 and I-765 concurrently with I-485, you only need to pay for the I-485 fee plus the biometrics fee.  You will need to send separate copies of certain pieces of evidence for each application, for instance, one scan of the passport for each application for a total of three, and two passport photographs for each application, for a total of six.

Correct - no fee when filed with the I-485. If you file them after the I-485, you can send in a copy of the I-485's NOA1 instead of payment.

You don't need to send extra copies of documents required by more than one of the forms - most ppl just do this to make sure.... it specifically says in the instructions that you don't need to. We didn't and I was fine... but again.. if you want :)

Yes, the I-765 and I-131 fee are not required if filing with I-485, so the total fee will be the I-485 fee plus the biometric fee, which is $1,225.
