Preempting an RFE

4 posts in this topic

Recommended Posts

Greetings, VJers!

So I am seeing a few RFE's being sent out for the AOS affidavit of support / evidence etc ...

As a January filer, 2016 W2's weren't released then soooo obviously we couldn't mail them at that time.

Is there a way we can submit the 2016 W2 now? Using the case number perhaps?

I figured any way to preempt the dreaded RFE the better, haha.

Wait for the RFE, small chance anything you send now would meet up with where your file is.

if you send official IRS transcripts you won't need the W2.
