Check never cashed and haven't received NOA

I sent my application on April 26 and it was delivered and signed on May 1. My check hasn't been cashed yet and I still haven't received text messages/emails/NOAs. Is it normal to take them this long? Anyone experiencing the same thing?

[06/06/17] RFE 1

[04/17/19] Interview

[05/09/19] RFE 2 (Expired I-693)

[05/17/19] New I-693 sent

[06/03/19] Denial letter received (Civil Surgeon's mistake)

[06/06/19] Motion to Reopen (I-290B) sent

[06/12/19] Motion to Reopen (I-290B) delivered

[07/02/19] I-485 REOPENED AND APPROVED

[07/10/19] 10 years green card received

Timeline

Generally can take 2-3 weeks before check is cashed and you receive the NOA's. Give it another week.

08/15/2014 : Met Online

06/30/2016 : I-129F Packet Sent

11/08/2016 : Interview - APPROVED!

11/23/2016 : POE - Dallas, Texas

From sending of I-129F petiton to POE - 146 days.

 

02/03/2017 - Married 

02/24/2017 - AOS packet sent

06/01/2017 - EAD/AP Combo Card Received in mail

12/06/2017 - I-485 Approved

12/14/2017 - Green Card Received in mail - No Interview

It is normal, it takes 2 to 4 weeks. 
It took 3 in my case until they cashed the check.

Remove Conditions ROC

Sent: Oct 04

Extension Received: Oct 15

 

2018

2017

AOS Sent:  Jan 14

AOS received: Jan 17

emails and text messages: Jan 25

PD: Jan 18

Fingerprints: Feb 15

Case ready to be schedule for an interview: Feb 28

EAD Approval: May 12 (after 114 days of suffering)

EAD card has been mailed: May 17

EAD letter approval notice: May 18

EAD received:  May 22

Interview Notice: Nov 02

Interview Date: Dic 06

RFE Flu shot: Dic 16
