So it is damage control to state what was said in a meeting that he actually attended?  I guess anonymous sources from former and current government officials if more believable as long as it fits your narrative.  Btw, what former government officials are privy to the meeting itself?  Was Comey in the meeting?

You hit the proverbial nail on the head.  The establishment regardless of party wants to discourage anyone to do another Trump and actually get elected.  Of course they have the mainstream media on their side that appears intent on twisting any story against Trump and not publicizing anything remotely positive.  Heck all during the campaign they thought they had Trump, and he just kept going forward.  He called McCain a coward, the NBC tapes, etc., they will not stop as it is their mission to destroy anyone they don't agree with.  It was similar with Bush, but not as bad since he was establishment himself.

That's one narrative. Another is that this president has been such a train wreck that folks with common sense from all parties are will need to come together to clean this mess up. 

I can understand how folks want to give time fir the facts to come out fully But

I seriously cannot understand how good Americans can let this man betray his country and the brave people who put their lives on the line to bring intelligence  on top of destroying our relationship with our allies. Anyone who is nit seriously alarmed by this prospect should be examined for Cranial Rectosis,.

So explain to me how exactly did Trump betray his country? I want to see some facts here with verifiable evidence to back them up. No wild conspiracy theories. Anyone who would have such hatred for a president based on nothing more than wild claims being made by their opposition needs to have their head examined.

I said explain how Trump betrayed his country. Sharing intelligence on ISIS with another country that is fighting them (basically more than any country in the world other than the US) is not betraying the US. In fact it is aiding our mission to defeat ISIS and the best part is another country gets to foot the bill and put their troops at risk for once.

all i keep thinking is, what if obama had a meeting with russia and kept it hush hush, and then leaked a little oopsie. then came out and said his little spill was well within his right. oh lawd. i thought i just might come in to cehst this morning to rw crickets, no such luck - they're still defending him.
