Do I list my son as a dependent on my I-134 if I pay child support, but he doesn't live with me?

You can tick the "partially dependent" though. My fiance is giving child support to his son too. But he lives with his mom and don't get to see him so he put his name on his i-134.

That is wrong and can cause a denial of not included in household count.

Wrong.  Any child dependent, non dependent, lives with you or away from you, regular visits or never see at all must be counted in the house hold count.

Very glad I saw this. I would have mistakenly left mine off since I let their mother claim them on taxes. Thankfully, my son will have his 18th birthday before I get to the I-134 stage.

Any child you have under the age of 18, whether or not they are a tax dependent OR live with you, HAS to be included.

That's why just tick partially dependent since the kid is not under his custody. Fully if the child is under him. I just had my interview last week, they didnt even ask for that form. But i still had it with me in case they will ask though. Im waiting for their call now to pick up my passport :)

They will when you AOS.  I-134 isn't legally binding like the i-864
