1: How do I fill out part 3 of form i-131 if I dont have a specific travel date? I just want to be able to travel in case of emergency.

2: What do I put on part 1 line 6; class of admission? My current visa status or K1?

Any help is greatly appreciated :)

Thanks!

1. It doesn't ask you for specific travel dates only "intended". They  need to know when you may possibly travel if you ever will to issue the document from that date.

2. yes, K1

No, you don't have CR1 right? If it asks your classification at the point of entry you need to put O1

I also didn't find any part 14 in i-130

There is question in part 4 that says Beneficiary's entry information. Is it what you are having trouble to fill out?

Wherever it says, your class of admission, you should put the type of visa or status you used in your most recent entry to the US.

Where it says the current status, you should put the current status.

Depending on how long you were married, your category could be CR-1 or IR-1, but you don't need to enter those category anywhere in those forms.
