I'm currently going to be visiting my wife for our marriage ceremony and i'll be gone for 3 months and was wondering will it make any difference being outside the usa during this stage, my dad is the co sponsor and he could handle the paperwork and send it in. i can also help her gather her documents and send it is as one package with my supporting documents. any advice?

My wife lives in a town where mail can be hard to get so we use a different address to send stuff to her. On the I-864 it says mailing address so should i put the address i usually send her mail or should i use the physical address she is at? Or should i write a little post it not and tell that the mailing address is where she receives her mail and i can give her physical address?

IMHO if you guys use a different address for mail then use that one. Each of these forms usually has a box asking to check it if the mailing address is different then the physical address.

I Sent my wife's passport sized photos to uscis and was wondering since we are at the nvc stage can we reuse them again and how many photos do i have to send to nvc. this is for vietnam

You should really check the NVC website for the most up to date info for your country. They generally say photos shouldn't be more than 6 months old. I don't think you have to send photos to the NVC anymore anyway.

Yep, sounds like all of those should suffice. Is the joint sponsor related to you, hence the birth certificate? Also make sure you submit the AOS and the IV package at the same time so the NVC doesn't lose one of them or anything!

on the DS-261 it ask Surname and Given Name, Now Vietnamese names go last-middle-first

So for the Given Name should it be First then Middle or Middle the First

it tells me to do exactly as it is in the passport but i was told by two nvc officals over the phone to do it First then Middle. Any Help?
