Is anyone adjusting there status in Tampa Fl? I would like to know how long it takes to get an interview. Just want to get some different views

Do they work with the processing time? Right now they are dealing with July 22 cases. The processing date should change this month.

It's all dependent on if you get RFE's etc

It depends if they request an interview at all. I live in south florida and I was approved after almost 13 months and no interview at all. But I did get 2 RFEs. The second one was an unnecessary RFE to buy time I guess.

Lol, really? That's messed up! Maybe I won't get an interview. I spoke with an IO he said, he saw on my case where I was eligible for a waiver. Means, I might get green card without interview. He told me in March.

Yes, the second RFE I got was to get a certificate of good conduit! (local background check).That is not requested in the list of documents to send for aos. We headed the next day to the county sheriffs office and got it right away. We mailed it that same day and got approved within 2 weeks! They kinda had to approve my case right there. They did not have anything else to request. But we had already ready the pets vaccination certificates just in case they needed that.

I'd say expect 10-12 months.
