I assume you're asking what documents the embassy required the beneficiary to submit after your petition is approved, am I correct?

This is a copy paste of the email I receive from the US EMbassy in Jakarta:

Please complete following and submit them to the embassy within 4 months.

2.            DS-160

3.             Birth Certificate

4.             Name change Certificate

5.             Death or Divorce Decree (if applicable from Petitioner or Beneficiary)

6.             Military discharge, arrest, prison, court records; U.S. immigration documents

7.            Police Certificate

Each applicant aged 16 or older must have police clearance from any country where the applicant resided for one year or more

Please note Indonesian Police Certificate is not required

8.             Original Affidavit of Support (Form I-134) from the Petitioner along with supporting evidence:

a.       One year U.S. income tax returns 1040 and W-2 (copies are acceptable)

b.      Bank statements or proof of assets

c.       Letter of employment or job offer

9.             Two identical passport size photographs of each applicant

10.         Medical Examination result

For each document, the applicant must bring:

·               Originals or original certified copies by the issuing office

·               Photocopies of the original documents

·               All documents should be accompanied by English translations

This is a copy-paste of my email communication with the JakIV officials:

  1. I believe I am required to submit a translated version of my Birth Certificate (originally in Bahasa). Am I able to translate and type the translation myself or I must use the service of an Embassy-appointed sworn translator? Should the later be the case, could you please help me with a list of sworn translators that are appointed by the Embassy? ANY SWORN TRANSLATORS.

so any sworn translator will do. Good luck!!!

Hi there, quick question...whose email address does this the packet 3 get sent to - the petitioner or the beneficiary? As far as I recall, only petitioner's email was requested in I-129F.

Hello NJ2202 --

First, cool name.

Second, the email that you quoted was sent to me, the Beneficiary.

Third, my mind is a little foggy, so please someone correct me if I'm wrong. I believe Beneficiary's email was also requested in one of those forms in I-129F petition pack, I can't remember which one. Also IF I remember correctly (again) when my Petitioner was notified that the I-129F petition has been approved, the US Embassy emailed him requesting my full name and contact details (email and phone number).

I hope this helps?

Best,

J/G

Hello, thank you for your response! :D For #9 on the checklist, do you need passport size photographs for both petitioner and beneficiary, or just beneficiary alone? (assuming my fiance is the only applicant for K1 visa). Also would it be digital or print? Sorry for the many questions!! Just want to prepare ahead of time :)

Hi --

I (the beneficiary) only had mine when attending the interview as you said it's only required for the K-1 Visa applicant...... HOWEVER I may be wrong.... It's been 3 years and I'm too lazy to dig into my archive.... sorry.

As for the photo requirements best to research the https://travel.state.gov/content/travel.html and / or http://www.ustraveldocs.com/ for the most reliable and updated information. When your fiance received her / his Packet 3 email there will be detailed instruction and it'll be very easy. WAIT.... I just re read your question..... Of course, you need to bring an actual / physical print of your photo...

Good luck.
