I-130 - filling out that is doesn't apply

Hi,

I filling out the latest version of i-130 form and in the section [Names of all your spouses (if any)] >>

Provide information on your current spouse (if currently married) first and then list all other spouses (if any).

20.a Family Name(Last name) ::

20.b Given Name (First Name)::

20.c Middle Name::

21. Date Marriage Ended (mm/dd/yyyy)

 

In the above I will fill the credentials of my current wife whom I want to apply for. Now in the bullet 21 – what should I fill in, since our marriage has not ended…??

Looks good to me. That form is ridiculous! And now your wife has to fill in a whole other form to clarify? Yikes - we didn't have to do that one.
