Hi VJ members. I've moved 7 times since I moved to Houston 4 years and completed the AR11 Everytime I moved. Some were temporary moves (3 months), some were longer 1.5 years. I didn't keep all my copies of AR11. If I don't remember the EXACT date, but I know the month can I just leave the precise day blank? I never moved out of the city of Houston. Thanks.

it is better to leave the day blank than give a different date to uscis in my opinion. if you are really worried about it you can call uscis or do a freedom of information act thing and get the exact dates. but at the end of the day you are telling uscis something they already have in thier records so if they need an exact date they can get it easier than you can.

good luck

Not to say this is a better way to do it or recommend it by any means, I utilized mid-month for the ones I couldn't remember the exact move date.

you don't have to be exact, but you must not leave gaps. gaps on residence are huge for background checks because it is hard to determine where you might have been at that time, perhaps in prison somewhere? or in North Korea?, who knows, possibilities are endless. So do not leave any gaps.

Relax, this is not a race.
