    My son has his interview on September 30, 3 years based on marriage. Does he bring his wife? What does he need to bring? Does he need all the originals of what he uploaded in the portal? Thank you in advance

    Hi, Son is applying for citizenship based on marriage to natural born USC. What did y'all use to demonstrate 3 years of living together? Seems like a lot of printing to include 3 years of bank and credit card statements, 3 years of lease, etc.. How did y'all organize your evidence? Thanks

    Hi, My son has been married since April 2021 to a USC. He received conditional residency on May 25 2022. They applied jointly for ROC in March of 2024 and they are waiting. Is he eligible apply for citizenship and if so by which date? TIA

    Hi! Canadian citizen/US resident So normally when we travel between US/Canada, there's that automated booth where you swipe your passport or green card and answer questions. My son applied to remove conditions and received I- 551 one year extension while they process removal of conditions. What does he need to do when going through immigration both ways? He can't swipe the I551, and I don't want him swiping his passport because they might think he's a Canadian resident. Should he go directly to border agents going into Canada and coming back into the US with his extension? TIA
