www.uscis.gov and search for K1 visa.

You will have an interview at the US embassy at your home town. The embassy will let you know if they want to see documents from you.

Your US fiance has to submit the documents to USCIS first. You don't have to worry about the interview right now. Focus on the application and the documents you and your fiance need to submit.

That's for the AOS interview. She's asking about what to bring for the K1 interview.

Not the embassy from her hometown, but her country's embassy/ consulate that deals with immigrant visas

Hi Che...

I assume you are interviewing at the U.S. Embassy Manila.  In that case, you need to go to the U.S. Embassy Manila website.  From there you can get the official list of what you will need for your K-1 interview.  From the U.S. Embassy home page, here is the path to follow:

Visas

Immigrant Visas

Fiance(e) visas

The Interview

K1/K2 Applicant Interview Preparation Instructions

Best wishes on your visa journey...!
