You are required to send along the evidence of a bona fide marriage with your I-130 :)

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

Both. Send a reasonable selection of evidence with your petition. Bring additional evidence (especially filling the time gap between filing and interview) to the interview. 

If it isn't difficult, it isn't worth it.

Definitely send evidence with the I-130.

 

You'll also end up bringing evidence to the interview, but depending on where it is it may not matter that much. My wife just had her interview in London and she brought a full photo album, email log, skype log etc... and they didn't ask for any of it. At the end she even said "Do you want to see the photos?" and the lady said "Oh no it's fine, a lot of people bring those. Just think of it as a memento".
