I called USCIS yesterday because more than 90 days since filed for my EAD I-765

They made a special request on the case, and the next day, I have the email stated that the card is produced!! innocent.gif

I suggested if you are outside of the normal processing date, call USCIS and they will make it special request about it, and hopefully you will get updated right after.

2007 Oct: Received PR green card

2011 Nov: Voluntarily Abandoned PR green card (due to relocation oversea). Received FREE B1/B2 & C1/D Crew US visa

2024 APR: Planned for EB2-C from Taiwan as Professional Pilot

Congrats Carla!!!!! :dance:

I've been out of town for a few days, but just wanted to say our RFE was delivered on August 17th. Now we get to wait all over again. Not a big deal because we got an emergency AP on Friday due to a death in the family. We filed for one visit with a two week parole, but they gave us multiple visits over the course of a year! BTW, we are sad for our loss, but are happy because we know where my wife's brother is and what he's able to do now.

Hello,

I had my interview. I think it went well, the officer did not say I was approved, he said case is under review and a notice will be mailed.. :blush: I think is this FBI check thing..!! sera??!

Officer wrote down a complete note on my passport. it says:

"8-25-2007 pending -485 NYC DAO Milgro Section 245"

Please!!! Anybody know what is that mean?

I sat on my RFE for a while, because of a lot of distractions in life - the 'real' wedding, moving house...

Anyway, Aug 22, EAD card production ordered, which I can only presume is a good sign following their receipt of the stuff they wanted in RFE... now, Aug 24, I get a letter with my interview date of Oct 4 in Seattle (oddly, though, CRIS updated the EAD status before any paper notification, but I got the paper notification for AOS, but no update on CRIS for weeks)...
